Funds help support SEEDS

SEEDS VT Alumni Association: Started by alumnus and board member, Mark Harpin in 2005, the alumni association has already donated a total of $1000.00 to SEEDS.

SEEDS Board Member, Donna Douglas, created the Hawks Ridge Fund to help support three local organzations: SEEDS, The Womans' Resources Center of the NRV, and the NRV Landtrust. Mark your donations to this endowed fund "The Hawks Ridge Fund".

Long - time SEEDS supports Cabell and Shirley Brand created the "Cabell and Shirley Brand Fund" to help support student high school and college student projects that study community sustainability. Mark your donations to this endowed fund "The Cabell and Shirley Brand Fund".

Thanks to the enormous support of friends of Julia Pryde, one of the victims of the April shootings who was a SEEDS volunteer, we have established a camp fee scholarship in her name. Julia's brother Keith will serve as an advisor with SEEDS to manage the fund. Donations have also been used to purchase and install dual rear wheels on a 2007 Ford 12 passenger, E350 van equiped with electronic stability control. This will make our van one of, if not the, safest passenger vans in the area and will set an example for other organizations that transport children and adults alike.
