All flights for this program leave from Washington, D.C. The participant is responsible for making the pre-arranged meeting time in Washington, D.C. International and domestic airfares are subject to change at any time. If you are flying in from another city, please allow for the possibility of changed schedules. SEEDS cannot be responsible for any loss resulting from cancellation or changes in domestic or international gateways or travel dates.
The responsibility of SEEDS and Odiero, Ltd. (hereafter referred to as SEEDS) is strictly limited. The suppliers providing air services for SEEDS' programs are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of SEEDS. To the extent that SEEDS is involved in the sale of air transportation to you, SEEDS acts as an agent of the air carrier. For all other purposes, SEEDS does not act as an agent for any party whatsoever. SEEDS is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of such suppliers or of any air carrier or their respective employees, agents, servants or representatives including, without limitation, their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers, and/or air carriers.
By utilizing the travel services of the suppliers, you agree that neither SEEDS nor any representatives shall be liable for any accident, injury, costs, property damage or personal loss to you or those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other travel services, or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond SEEDS' control, including but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary or schedules.
SEEDS reserves the right to increase the program price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, currency fluctuations, park fee increases or fuel surcharges. SEEDS reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any program or to cancel or alter the program without notice. SEEDS is not responsible for expenses incurred by program participants in preparing for the trip (e.g. non-refundable advance purchase air tickets, visa fees, equipment, medical expenses, etc.) or for any necessary additional travel arrangements should you embark from home before the program departure date. Accommodations are subject to change.
Medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during all or part of your trip. You are responsible for being in sufficient good health to undertake the trip, to prepare for the trip by studying the itinerary and pre-departure materials made available to you by SEEDS, and for bringing the appropriate clothing and equipment as advised therein. SEEDS reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its programs, and to use any such photographic or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
This entire document serves as a registration and waiver and requires a signature from each participant. Signing denotes agreement with the waiver and conditions therein.
