SEEDS Program Cancellation Policy

Upon receipt of your 50% non-refundable deposit , you are guaranteed a spot in the program.   The balance of your account is due before the beginning of the program.  

Refund policy:

If you have to cancel before or during the program (child illness, vacation plans, other family situations, etc.), SEEDS will not be able to refund any part of your fee unless:

1. You contact us two weeks prior to the beginning of the program

2. Another child on the wating list can attend.   If cancelation occurs before the program begins and SEEDS can fill the spot, then your deposit will be refunded.
